On the 23Th April 2020 some Unidentified persons visited the house of Dakaci Danjuma Sule around 9.30pm asking him to get up and give them water to drink, on hearing that he asked who are they but he wasn’t clear with their explanation so he refuse to come out.
The next day he packed his family to a neighbor’s house to spend the night there and when he returned to his house the next morning that’s 26th April, 2020 he found out that his gate was broken, his house was roughly scattered and a knife was dropped at his table.
On that same day; one Dahiru Mamman was threatened in his own house. He was sleeping when he heard a strange knock on his door and his wife attended to them, that is the strangers and they asked the wife aggressively “where is your husband?” She responded saying he was not yet back and they told her to tell the husband to be ready for they will still come back.
It will be recalled that the former District Head of Jagindi Tasha Mr. Danlami Barde and his brother Musa Barde were murdered in that same community few weeks ago.
I want to personally call on the government and the security personnel to deploy their men to that community so as to protect the life and properties of the people in the community.
