Victoria Onyiohinoyi Bello (born 3 August 1996), known professionally as Rhia Bello, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, performer, dancer, fashion designer, and creative director. Signed to Ge Records Global, she is recognized for her fusion of Afropop, R&B, and high-energy performance artistry, drawing stylistic comparisons to her role models Beyoncé, Michael Jackson, and Burna Boy.

Rhia Bello was born in Abuja, Nigeria, to Hon. Justice Moses Bello and Mary Bello. She was raised in the Federal Capital Territory and in the United Kingdom; and identifies as Christian. She attended New Capital School for her primary education, graduating in 2006, before completing secondary school at Turkish International and Pace Setters College, graduating in 2012. Standing at 5’5″, Bello developed early interests in music, fashion, dancing, styling, performing arts, and fitness — disciplines that would later define her multi-hyphenate career.
Career:
Bello officially began her music journey in 2018. Her first notable release, Blow Whistle (Money) featuring Peruzzi, introduced her as a bold new voice in Nigeria’s Afropop scene.
