Popular Nigerian singer and music producer, Samklef has waded in on the tussle between Afrobeats singer, Wizkid and Nigerian rappers.
To address the issue, popular media personality, Daddy Freeze launched a joint IG live session where he invited some music veterans such as Kas, Soso Soberekon, and Samklef to chip in their thoughts.
Soso while speaking avowed that Wizkid was a rapper at the initial stages of his career in Surulere, Lagos. Samklef who took it from there blew hot and further affirmed that Wizkid is not a fantastic singer.
He went on to draw a controversial comparison by asking if Iyanya and Wizkid perform at an audition, who will win?
Soso Soberekon who wasn’t ready for such a conversation averred that such a comparison wasn’t the topic on ground.
