The remains of late Azuayi, Nigeria-Cameroonian Pilot and daughter of a former Minister of State, FCT, Senator Solomon Ewuga, will be laid to rest on Saturday, 26 November, 2022.
Azuayi’s body will arrive Abuja from Cameroon on Friday 25th November, 2022 for funeral service on Saturday 26 November at Evangelical Church Winning All, ECWA Wuse 2.
A statement by the family made available to Faith Maji’s blog said that, “with heavy heart but with total submission to the will of God, this is to inform you that the body of our daughter, Azuayi Ewuga, will arrive Nigeria from Cameroon on Friday 25/11/2022.
“She will be buried sat 26/11/2022 in Abuja.
“Funeral service to be held at ECWA wuse 2, Abuja at 10am.
“Please pray along with the family for the peaceful repose of her soul and for a final closure to this tragic and sad event, that God will perfect our healing and continue to comfort the family.”
Miss Azuayi Ewuga, an indigene of Nasarawa State and pilot with Caverton Aviation Cameroon, died in a plane crash in Cameroon alongside 11 passengers on May 11, 2022, on board a mini aircraft belonging to the Caverton Aviation.
The aircraft was flying from Yaounde Nsimalen Airport to Belabo, in eastern Cameroon when it crashed.
