Tragic: Family Of 5 Trapped Inside Their House Burnt To Death In Kaduna | Photos And Video Below
A family of 5, a widow identified as Mrs. Emilia Philip alongside her kids and niece were burnt to death when fire gutted their apartment. BestXplorer gathered.
The fire outbreak was said to have occurred on Wednesday 22nd February, 2022 at about 1:00am as revealed to BestXplorer by one of the deceased neighbor, Mr. Gideon Dauda
The residential apartment which is located at Katoni Street, Mahuta New Extention before Omapet filling station, Kaduna was seen to be on fire with the whole family crying for help but unfortunately the gate was tightly locked up and the fire was heavy leaving the neighbors stranded and handicapped with no possible means of going in to their rescue.
Speaking with Mr. Dauda by BestXplorer he said;
It occurred around 1am in the night. We heard the kids and mum shouting, we came out fire had engulf the house, the gate was locked, the fire tripped up and increase and it was silence from the house.
5 of them where found in the bathroom burnt down and one found in the room.
