Mr. Mamman was kidnapped at about 8pm on Saturday in his house at Dari, in kokona Local Government Area of the state.
A source who spoke to LEADERSHIP on condition of anonymity said Mamman along with his associates in the community were said to be relaxing in his compound as a result of unfriendly weather, when kidnappers invaded his house and whisked him away.
According to him, the kidnappers surrounded his house and started shooting sporadically which made Mamman and his friends scampered for safety.
The source however said luck ran out against one of the suspected kidnappers as he was napped by some members of the community.
No communication has been made between the suspected kidnappers and Mamman’s relations since yesterday.
