King Makers Awards is an award event which is aimed at Recognizing, Celebrating talented artistes and Promoting excellence in entertainment industry.
King Makers Awards 2018 will attract large number of entertainment practitioners/lovers and will receive massive publicity on all media platforms.

1st Aug. 2018 – 31st Aug. 2018 = Call for Entry Submission
1st Sep. 2018 – 15th Sep. 2018 = Screening/Vetting of Submitted Works/Songs
16th Sep. 2018 = Announcement of Nominees list
17th Sep. 2018 – 13th Oct. 2018 = Voting
10th Nov. 2018 = Nominees Party
18th Nov. 2018 = Awards Event
ENTRY SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Entries open on 1st Aug. 2018 – 31st Aug. 2018
Only songs/works released on 1st July 2017 – 30th July 2018 are eligible for nomination.
Songs/Works submitted must be promoted on Radio (70%) and Online (30%) within the year in review.
The award is strictly for Kaduna based music practitioners (for now).
Only submitted songs/works will be considered for nomination.
Submission of songs/works will be made digitally (Online)
For VIDEO submission, only YOUTUBE linkswill be accepted.
For AUDIO submission, only SOUND CLOUDor MYNOTJUSTOK link.
The King Makers Jury reserves the right to disqualify any work/song/person that fails to adhere to the guidelines and rules of submission.
VOTING PROCEDURE
Voting on the competitive categories will be done ONLINE and SMS.
Winners of each competitive category will be determined by 60% voting and 40% Jury’s decision.
