“Rise Up” is an inspirational and motivational rap song by Kaduna-based rapper, King Sniffy featuring Grammyboi (a very popular Kaduna rapper). Both King Sniffy and Grammyboi were nominated at the Kaduna Entertainment Awards (KEA Awards). King Sniffy was nominated in the category of BEST COLLABORATION while Grammyboi was nominated as NEXT RATED ARTISTE. The song ‘Rise Up’ was produced by a very popular Minna-based producer, M.Beatz.
The song was taken off from King Sniffy’s Arewa Invasion (E.P.) and was recorded at Minna, Niger State. It has strong lyrics that motivate fans to rise up and keep hustling no matter the challenges and criticisms they receive from haters.
There’s no intro and no outro, only the hook, verses and bridge. King Sniffy took the hook, the first verse and the last verse (which is a bridge), while Grammyboi took the second verse.
Both rappers flow fluently on the jam, and they really did justice to the beat. Believe me, no any other artiste could’ve done better on it.
Their delivery is good, the hook is amazing, the lyrics are tight and the production is simply amazing. The producer, M.Beatz really did justice to the production as everything sounds clear and awesome.
We encourage everyone to watch out for this song as it contains a good message, strong lyrics and has a lot of efforts put on it. The two Kaduna Entertainment Awards’ nominees really did justice to this song.
