Nigerians are complaining bitterly on the poor services they’re receiving from some of the telecommunications companies, one of which is the MTN that has the widest coverage and also the most complained among the rest.
Some of the complaint issues are:
Unwanted sms, deduction of air time for no reason, activation of services automatically, delay in resolving customers issues, delay in picking calls and so on…
