I was driving alongside my friend somewhere in Kaduna state this Sunday evening when we observed the broken reverse light or backup light from the Road Safety Corps vehicle itself as if that was not enough the entire tail lights were just dirty, these are the people who deals with drivers that their vehicles are been caught with such cases, but here they are with a similar case and from the look of it you’ll observe the broken and dirty lights has been there for a long time.
