His verified handle @thisisbillgates shares his very first ever photo from Tanzania in Africa where he had a lunch with some amazing kids at Kicheba Primary School in Muheza, Tanzania.
Bill Gates who has been visiting various African countries to provide help to those affected by neglected tropical diseases is currently in Tanzania for the same purpose.
