GOVERNOR SULE WELCOMES NASARAWA ARTISTES FOR 2BABA PEACE CONCERT PREPARATION, BUT PMAN NOT INVITED AGAIN AS NO OFFICIAL WAS SEEN AT THE MEETING

Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, has met with some creative talents and top musicians from across the state.
The artistes paid the governor a courtesy visit as part of plans for the 2Baba (Innocent Idibia) inspired North Central Peace Concert and Talent Hunt, which is being supported by the Nasarawa State Government.
Among the artistes present with the governor were Agbutun, FirstKlazz, Alfredo, Ozee, Arewa Boi, and a few others. The CEO of Like Minds Entertainment, Samuel Alkali was also spotted at the meeting.
But this move is already raising questions and debate among some entertainers in the state. Many feel the Performing Musicians Employers’ Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Nasarawa state chapter, has been sidelined once again. No PMAN official was officially invited, contacted, or seen during the visit with the governor.
This has left some artistes asking: “Why is PMAN always left out in important state entertainment matters?”
What do you think about this? Should PMAN be carried along or not?
