MTN’s Global Graduate Development Programme aims to identify, nurture, and accelerate the growth of outstanding graduates from across MTN’s areas of operation in Africa and the Middle East.
This program offers a unique opportunity that fast-tracks talented individuals into pivotal roles within MTN. It encompasses a structured curriculum through the MTN Academy and practical on-the-job training by placing participants in strategically aligned positions.
The formal aspect includes modules held at MTN’s three regional learning centers situated in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.
The program involves a blend of learning experiences such as immersive metaphoric experiences, various digital and media channels, and engagement via social media platforms.
On-the-job training occurs locally within MTN’s operating companies, encompassing job rotations and in-role experiences. This includes exposure to executive committees, mentoring, and coaching.
The MTN Graduate Development Programme offers select graduates tailored development and substantial employment exposure in a company that has been instrumental in shaping the continent.
Requirements:
– Graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit no earlier than 2021.
– Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) by September 2023 with a valid certificate.
– Proficiency in English Language.
– Possession of a valid international passport.
