In recent times, Hon Shehu Nicholas Garba, member representing Jema’a/Sanga federal constituency at the national assembly facilitated the construction of the Asso bridge in Gwongland which has hitherto been a set back to the basically agricultural based indigenous people of Asso.
It is commendable and worthy of note that the bridge has attained up to 85% to completion. This has been made possible as a result of the shrewdness and political frugality of Hon Shehu Nicholas Garba. Going forward, it is our hope that this project will be completed and commissioned by the Honourable member as this will be of great advantage to the people of Asso to interact with the outside world… both economically, politically and otherwise.
