A former acting national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus was this morning elected as authentic national chairman of the party.
Secondus got 2, 000 votes to beat a former Minister of Education, Prof. Tunde Adeniran who scored 230 votes. He also beat broadcast mogul, Chief Raymond Dokpesi who got 66 votes and Prof. Taoheed Adedoja who got no vote.
The party’s delegates also elected Senator Umar Tsauri as national secretary of the party.
