Odumodublvck Defends Wizkid: Warns Nigerian Artistes Against ‘Hating’ Grammy Winner
Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has sounded a warning to fellow artistes, labeling criticism of Grammy-winning singer Wizkid as ‘self-sabotage’ in a recent interview with Elsie in Toronto, Canada
He said personally, he wouldn’t be offended if he featured Wizkid on his album and he didn’t post it on social media.
“There some artists that when you release music with them, they look as if they are doing you a favour.
“I’ve never released music and asked the artist that I featured to post it. I don’t care if you promote it. You’ve done the most important thing by giving me a verse,” he said.
“If Wizkid gives me a verse and my album comes and he doesn’t post about it, I will not be angry. If you start hating on Wizkid Machala, you lose.”
