Illbliss bemoans the loss of rap talent as these stars have evolved to focus on afrobeats, dominating the music scene.

Speaking in an interview with Radio Now 95.3 FM, Illbliss recalled that rap music was booming in Nigeria before rappers like Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido and others switched to singing.

He said they were able to achieve global stardom after switching to singing.

He admitted that hip-hop music is not lucrative in Nigeria, noting that only a few rappers like himself have achieved commercial success.
