#Update: On Thursday, 27th October, 2022, 3-year-old Lydia Azatyom was declared missing.
According to a family friend, before the declaration, she was last seen playing with friends outside their house in Angwan Yashi, Tudun Wada Jos, and didn’t return home.
Her family and neighbours searched for her but couldn’t find her.
3-days later (Saturday), she was found inside an abandoned well (no water) in an uncompleted building within the area by some young men who visited the site to defecate and heard sounds of movement inside the well.
Tudun Wada Broadcast visited the scene. ‘The uncompleted building has long been abandoned and now used for open defecation and dump.’
Lydia sustained bruises around her head and has been rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
