Students of the Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) have been advised to resume following the reopening of the school for academic activities.
The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the school made this known in a memo dated September 07 and announced that lectures are to commence on Monday October 03, 2022 as earlier scheduled by the management.
According to the memo signed by SUG Secretary-General, Comrade Okeme Bright Attah, said they are working tirelessly to ensure students have soft landing when they resume.
The Union urged them to “resume as soon as possible so that activities can kick off speedily to redeem the time lost due to the ASUU strike.
“We look forward to seeing the students return as the Union is also working tirelessly to see how it can liaise with landlords/caretakers as regards to House rent issues.”
Meanwhile, the ASUU chapter of the school are yet to make known publicly its position on the purported reopening by management for academic activities.
