Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) is a Nigerian reality competition television series. Big Brother Naija was formerly known as Big Brother Nigeria and later was changed to Big Brother Naija (probably for suitability).
Twenty housemates are to partake in the competition and are to spend a period of ten (10) weeks. The cash prize for the current season according to Ebuka is Eighty five million naira (N85 million).
The housemates to participate in the current season are as follows:

Full name: Ozoemena Ozo Chwukwu
Age: 27 years

What he’ll be doing: Playing pranks
Contestant 2: Victoria

Age: 23 years
Where from: London but has Nigerian parents
What she’ll be doing: Employ conspiracy as tactic in the house
Contestant 3: Prince
Full name: Prince Prince Nelson
Where from: Not mentioned yet, but says his father is a king
What he’ll be doing: Ignore people knowingly and that he will employ conspiracy in the house
Contestant 4: Lilo
Full name: Bolu Aderogba Bolu
Where from: Osun State
What she’ll be doing: Not mentioned yet, but says she is a natural leader
Contestant 5: Trikytee
Full name: Timi Timi
Contestant 6: Lucy
Full name: Lucy —
What she’ll be doing: Fun and good vibes; most likely to get involved in a fight in the house instead of a relationship
Contestant 7: Kiddwaya

What He’ll be doing: He says that he can be confident and arrogant at the same time He says he’s very patient and doesn’t like violence; he will be himself

She is according to Ebuka the only one in the world that could make you smile. Dorathy says she cannot relate with a proud person; she will be known as the girl with multiple personalities
Contestant 9: Tochukwu
Full name: Praise Tochukwu Nelson
Age: 28 years
He is easygoing and he’s the life of the party. Praise says he hates lies. Praise is a fitness instructor and dancer. He’s and he loves meeting new people.
Contestant 10: Wasoni
Full name: Florence Wathoni
Age: 29 years
She is partly Nigerian and partly Kenyan. Wathoni is looking for friendship in the house. She is a single mother who juggles a fashion business and a parenting blog. She is also bilingual and speaks and writes in Swahili fluently.
Contestant 11: Tochi
Full name: Tochi Tochi
He is said to be a straightforward and a social person and he promises to do a lot of drama. He intends to bring in entertainment and action and will be himself. He is single and will be looking for a relationship.
Contestant 12: Katherine
Age: 27 years
Where from: Rivers State
She is said to love money a lot and loves being happy. She says she’s looking to get into fight in the house.
Contestant 13: Eric
Full name: Eric —
Age: 24 years
He is a sportsman and is said to have lost his virginity at 20
Contestant 14: Erica
Full name: Erica —
Age: 26 years
She has featured in the movie Hire a Woman, and promises to bring entertainment to the house
Contestant 15: Wright O
Full name: Wright O.
He is multilingual and can speak Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo and Edo
Contestant 16: Kaisha
Full name: Aisha Umar
Where from: Sokoto State
She is the first Hausa lady. She says she enjoys the outdoors and will be bringing a lot of drama. She describes herself as a honest person who can also keep secret.

Where from: Warri, Delta
Neo intends to keep it good and true. He says: “I like when people underestimate me”
Contestant 18: Tolanibaj
Full name: Tolani B.
Tolani calls herself a single pringle ready to mingle. She says: “I like money… I like Naira Marley a lot…”
Contestant 19: Laycoon
Where from: Lagos State
He says he’s a sexual enthusiast.
Contestant 20: Nengi
Full name: Nengi Nengi
She believes that she gets misjudged by people because of her look.
The BBNaija season 5 reality TV show which was recently introduced by Ebuka, the renowned host of the show, and he promises that it will be a lot more interesting compared to previous seasons.
