Hon. Hosea Ibi representing Takum I in the Taraba state House of Assembly, is dead.
He was kidnapped on Saturday, December 30, 2017, in his hometown. Ibi was found dead on the road in Takum local government. The kidnappers had demanded a ransom of N75 million.
