SOUTHERN KADUNA PEOPLE UNION (SOKAPU) LEADER, NASIRU JAGABA has been found innocentall and all the allegations levelled against him by the Kaduna State Government/Governor, Nasir El-Rufai were been discharged. Jagaba is now free from any trial from the government.

“On 17th August, 2016, I was invited by SIB on an alleged statement purportedly published by Daily Post that Nasiru Jagaba said “Blood will flow if Nasiru El-rufai enter Gbagyi Villa.”
After their investigation, they transferred my case to office of the Commissioner of Police; and from there, the Police arraigned me at the Chief Magistrate’s Court, Barnawa. The case was later taken over by the Office of the Attorney-General of Kaduna State for prosecution.
We battled for over a year exchanging legal intellectual blows between Barr. James Kanyip and the Prosecuting Counsel.
Today, I was discharged and acquitted by the Court.
I appreciate the team of Lawyers headed by Barr. James Kanyip, Southern Kaduna Lawyer’s Forum, and the good people of Southern Kaduna for their prayers and support.
