The Former special assistant on Public affairs to Ex-president, Goodluck Jonathan, Mr. Doyin Okupe has described the ruling All Progressives party(APC) and opposition Peoples Democratic party as ‘expired’.
Okupe, while speaking at the 2017 Southwest stakeholders’ summit of the Accord party in Ibadan, Oyo state on Thursday, stated that both parties have misused their time in politics.
In his words;
“The PDP and the APC are big trucks with old age and misuse has affected their relevance. Today, the PDP and the APC have expired as political parties. PDP as an automobile has spoilt its back axle while APC crankshaft has broken.”
Meanwhile, at the meeting, the new leader of the accord party, Former Reps member, Ajaja Bukola was recognized and handed over the flag of the party by its South-west zonal chairman, Ojo Kayode.
