Comptroller-general of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Col Hameed Ali (rtd), was spotted on Tuesday at the Presidential Villa in Abuja where he was said to have attended a closed-door meeting.
After which he told newsmen that he would not appear before the Nigerian senate anytime soon.
