The Leader of the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, Uche Madu, has declared that nothing will stop an Igbo man from becoming Nigeria’s president come 2019.
He advised President Muhammadu Buhari, to free leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and other Biafra agitators as that is the only way to pacify the Igbos ahead of 2019.
According to him, “To pacify Ndigbo, President Buhari should no longer hesitate in attending to the demands of Ndigbo, not Igbo politicians.
“These demands include the release of Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafra agitators detained across Nigerian prisons.
Madu told Punch that with the consciousness of Biafra growing day by day and overwhelming population of Biafrans in Nigeria, there is no obstacle to an Igbo man becoming president of Nigeria in 2019.
He added, “Absolutely nothing can stop Ndigbo from clinching the presidential power, with our tenacious understanding of our political future which our detractors are planning to destroy.
“With the consciousness of Biafra and our overwhelming population in Nigeria , no obstacles or hurdles can stop Onye Igbo from being in Aso Rock.”
